Got Beef? Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 2026. By applying to and participating in the Got Beef? Affiliate Program (the "Program"), you ("Affiliate") agree to the following terms.

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

Participation is subject to approval by Got Beef? ("we," "us," "our"). You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. We may approve or deny any application at our sole discretion, and we may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

2. Commission

• Affiliates earn a 15% commission on the net sale value of qualifying orders generated through their unique affiliate link.
  
• Net sale value excludes taxes, shipping, discounts, gift cards, and any amounts refunded or charged back.
  
• Commissions are credited only for orders that are completed, paid, and not returned within our standard return window.
  

3. Tracking & Attribution

• Sales are tracked via cookies with a 90-day attribution window from the customer's click on your affiliate link.
  
• If a customer clears cookies, uses a different device, or another affiliate's link is clicked more recently, attribution may not be credited to you. Last-click attribution applies.
  

4. Payouts

• Commissions are reviewed and approved on a monthly basis after the return window has closed.
  
• Payouts are issued monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $50. Balances below the threshold roll over to the following period.
  
• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout details and for any taxes owed on commissions earned.
  

5. Approved Promotion Methods

You may promote Got Beef? using honest, on-brand methods, including:

• Personal websites, blogs, and product reviews.
  
• Social media posts, videos, reels, and stories (with proper disclosure).
  
• Email newsletters to lists you own and that have opted in.
  
• Honest recipe content, taste tests, and unboxings featuring our products.
  

6. Prohibited Promotion Methods

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeited commissions and possible termination:

• Trademark bidding / brand PPC: Bidding on "Got Beef," "gotbeef.us," or any confusingly similar terms in paid search or display ads.
  
• Coupon, deal, and cashback sites that do not have prior written approval from us, including posting unauthorized or fabricated discount codes.
  
• Spam: Unsolicited email, SMS, comments, or messaging in violation of CAN-SPAM or similar laws.
  
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, pop-unders, adware, or any deceptive tracking practice.
  
• Self-referrals or purchases made through your own link for personal gain.
  
• Misleading claims about our products, including unapproved health or nutritional claims.
  
• Promotion on sites containing illegal, hateful, adult, or otherwise objectionable content.
  
• Using our name, logo, or assets in any way that implies the customer is buying directly from the brand or that you are an official employee or spokesperson.
  

7. FTC Disclosure

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship with Got Beef? in accordance with FTC guidelines (e.g., "#ad," "affiliate link," or a plain-language disclosure) wherever you share your link.

8. Brand Use & Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved Got Beef? logos, images, and marketing assets solely to promote the Program. You may not alter our trademarks or create the impression of an official partnership beyond your role as an affiliate. All intellectual property remains ours.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time, for any reason. Upon termination, your affiliate links will be deactivated. Approved, eligible commissions earned before termination will be paid out, provided the account is in good standing and not terminated for fraud or a material breach of these terms.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Program is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Got Beef? is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.
